Red Meat

Although red meat has some health benefits – it is really tough to lose weight fast and keep six pack abs eating animal fat. Red meat contains a lot more saturated fat than chicken and fish, and this is why he stays away from red meat at all costs.

High Sugar Dairy Foods

Some so called ?healthy dairy options? are loaded with sugar and sometimes artificial sweetener. Take a look at the flavored yoghurts next time you are in the grocery store and you will see a horrifying amount of sugar.

David Beckham stays away from most dairy foods on his ‘six pack abs after 40’ diet – and this keeps his energy levels high and his abs on point.

Another big no-no, any type of “fat free” frozen yoghurt. Next time you see “fat free” on a dessert understand that it really means loaded with sugar.

Bread

We spoke to a celebrity nutrition expert and he sais that consuming bread has the exact same effect on your body as consuming a bag of skittles. Your body doesn’t recognize the difference – as the minute you consume the bread it turns to sugar in your body.

Starchy carbohydrates like white bread, bagels, and English muffins must be avoided if you want to look like David Beckham.

David Beckham Workout Diet: A Day in the Life of David Beckham’s Kitchen!

Breakfast:

David has a very traditional breakfast that he loves to start his day with. It incorporates consuming lots of lean protein, healthy fats, and slow digesting carbohydrates for energy.

Unlike most people David consumes more calories for breakfast than he does for dinner. This is done on purpose so he can provide his body the necessary fuel for optimal energy and muscle building.

  • 1 Cup Liquid Egg Whites
  • 2 Whole Eggs omelet with diced tomatoes and topped with low fat mozzarella cheese.
  • 1 Bowl of Oatmeal with cinnamon, organic blueberries

David usually works out in the late afternoon – and this high protein and high fiber lunch helps give him maximum energy levels for his afternoon workout.

Some of David’s favorite lunches are Grilled Chicken pesto with a side of Couscous, grilled chicken topped with mango salsa and a side of sweet potatoes, and grilled chicken with a side of brown rice and sliced avocado on top.

Dinner
