Cutting Diet Meal Plan

I put together a “cutting diet meal plan” day-in-the life video on my youtube channel last year when I started my shredding diet.

I got a lot of positive feedback on the video from guys who were struggling to get shredded and put together a complete day of eating.

I get a ton of feedback from people that i coach and also on the Science Of Abs program that they need cutting diet tips for a super busy and ‘on the go’ lifestyle.

3 Cutting Diet Tips (Perfect if you are Busy!)

1. SuperFoods on the Go

One of my favorite cutting diet meal plan ‘super food’ snacks is a combination of raw goji berries and raw almonds. It’s actually a really sweet treat when you combine both of these foods and its one of the healthiest snacks on the planet.

One of my clients who got super shredded in just about 8 weeks would snack on this every day during his afternoon college classes to ward off hunger and feed his body super fuel!

2. Push Back Breakfast

A cutting diet requires a caloric deficit and if you are like me and enjoy knocking out your day’s hardest work first thing in the morning I suggest pushing back breakfast.

This way you don’t get caught in having to cook breakfast, and your body will be in a prime energy and fat burning state while you can stay focused on your most important work first thing in the morning.

3. Intra Workout Shredding Shake

One of my favorite shredding diet hacks is to make sure I get in anabolic calories during my workout so I can train like a beast and put my body in a prime muscle building/preserving state on my cutting diet meal plan.

If you want great aesthetics and don’t want to lose muscle mass during your shredding diet here is my favorite intra-workout shake. It’s a great way to get in more protein, carbs, and energy during your workout while on a lower calorie intake.

Chocolate Coconut?Shredder Shake (Drink during your workout!)

  • 1.5 Scoops Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
  • 1/3 Cup Maltodextrin Powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Liquid Coconut Oil
